Who really cares about this?
DVD's are here to stay and downloads are becoming more popular every day.
The most important thing are games. In that regard, the PS3 just can't compete.
Motorstorm and Resistance have been packed with nearly every PS3. Both officially and unofficially sice it launched.
I love the fact that Xbox Live is constantly updated with new content.
360 and PC owners will love playing Mass Effect 2.
"I can't imagine what they will do"
Maybe another 4 hour game.
Blu-ray would simply diminish the value of my 360. Downloaded movies are great, they cost less than a rental from Blockbuster, and don't take long to download.
The 360 is the best console. We have the best games and the best online service. This is not an opinion. This is fact.
I hope Bioware do not waste time, money and effort trying to get this running on a PS3.
PS3 owners will not buy it anyway. They are far too busy WAITING for Final Fantasy 13.

The 360 truly is the best console. We have the best games and the best online service.
Agreed.
Gears of War 2 will be the definitive shooter of 2008.
Ninja Gaiden 2 will be the definitive action game of 2008.
Fable 2 will be the definitive RPG of 2008.
I wonder how many PS3 owners bought another one, with so many Blu-ray disc read errors happening.
RROD is an urban myth it has affected no more than 5% of 360 owners. The problem is Microsoft not properly fixing machines that do break down.
When Microsoft spent money to get exclusive content. Sony spent money to get a simultaneous release.
Alvadr and others. You should do yourself a favour and buy a 360. Then you would have a far better library of games to choose from.
Not only that you will have better multiplatform titles such as CoD4, Assassins Creed and Orange box. The PS3 versions of all these games and more are unplayable because of framerate, loading times, and screen tearing problems.
This is not the fault of developers. It is the fault of Sony for making such badly designed hardware and d...
Screw you Sony for making the most badly designed console in history.

liquidsnake you are an idiot.
Given the watching/playing ratio of Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3. I think about 4-6 hours playing and 17 hours of cutscenes.
If you think about it seriously, that means it isn't even a game.
I will watch the highlights on youtube to see how it ends. As there is no way I can possibly go through so many melodramatic and pretentious cutscenes ever again.
@Danja
Lost Odyssey has lots of cutscenes but are far more balanced in content than Me...
